Plans, Lead Assurance & Refund Policy

🛡️ Lead Assurance (Better than a refund)

We guarantee marketing, not a sale. If you don't receive a single verified buyer lead during your plan period, we'll extend your listing and promotions FREE until you receive your first verified lead — subject to fair pricing and complete property information.

• Basic Plan (₹5,000): Active marketing for 30 days. Zero verified leads → 30-day free extension. No cash refund.
• Premium Plan (₹10,000): Active marketing for 45 days. Zero verified leads → 30-day free extension. No cash refund.

Site Visit Policy (Premium)

We arrange site visits only for buyers who match your property's budget and requirements. If there are no site visits due to low buyer demand, unrealistic pricing, or owner unavailability, the plan remains valid and marketing continues until it expires.

Fair Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only before work begins.

• ✅ 100% refund if cancellation is requested before the property is published.
• ❌ No refund after: the listing is published, marketing campaigns have started, leads have been shared, or site visits have been arranged.

Seller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property details.
• Price the property reasonably according to the market.
• Be available for buyer calls and site visits.
• Allow timely site visits (Premium Plan).

If the seller repeatedly rejects genuine buyers or is unavailable, the guarantee does not apply.
