This policy explains how bookings and recurring services on Madanapalle Properties (M.K Services / Mahesh Kummara) can be cancelled.
An accompanied site-visit booking can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 12 hours before the scheduled slot for a full refund of the visit fee. Cancellations after that, or no-shows, are non-refundable as our agent’s time has been reserved.
Memberships and marketing plans run for a fixed period (e.g. 30 or 45 days) and are not auto-renewing. You may choose not to renew at any time. A started period cannot be cancelled mid-way for a partial refund, except where required by the Refund Policy.
A boost activates immediately and runs for its stated duration; it cannot be cancelled once active.
