This policy covers all paid digital services on Madanapalle Properties, operated by M.K Services (Mahesh Kummara).
Nature of Our Services
Our paid features are digital and are delivered instantly on successful payment — e.g. unlocking photos/videos/exact location/owner numbers, activating a listing boost, a buyer number pack, a marketing plan or a membership. Because access is granted immediately, these are generally non-refundable once delivered.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund
We will refund in full where: (a) you were charged but the feature failed to activate due to a technical error on our side and we cannot restore it; (b) you were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate transaction); or (c) a payment was made in error before any content was unlocked or used.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
No refund is due once digital content has been unlocked/viewed, a boost or membership period has started, or where a listing’s information is accurate but you simply changed your mind.
How to Request
Email [email protected] (or WhatsApp +91 8074200047) within 7 days of the transaction with your payment ID and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
