The Service
We provide a property listing and buyer–seller connection platform for Madanapalle and surrounding areas. Listings are provided by users; we do not own the properties and are not a party to any sale, lease or rental agreement.
Paid Features
Certain features — content unlocks (photos, videos, exact location, owner number), listing boosts, buyer number packs, marketing plans and memberships — are paid. Prices are shown before payment and charged in Indian Rupees via Razorpay. Access is granted for the stated validity period.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh.
